CEL Components는 2액형 폴리우레탄 및 에폭시 접착제를 제공합니다.
(알루미늄, 열가소성 허니콤, PIR, PVC, PET 등) 다양한 재료의 샌드위치 패널의 생산 공정에 이용되며, 금속 재료(알루미늄, 주석판 등), 유리섬유, HPL, 목재, 합판 등 과 같이 서로 다른 재료의 접착을 가능하게 하여 접착 특성, 내수성, 기계적 부하를 견딜 수 있도록 합니다.
폴리 우레탄 또는 에폭시 접착제로 접착 된 샌드위치 패널은 조선 분야에서 건축, 석재 지지재 및 철도에 이르기까지 다양한 분야에 적용됩니다.
특히 구조용 접착제 CPB001로 구성된 COMPOCEL AL은 다른 분류에 따라 요구 되어지는 화재 관련 인증 및 분류를 보유하고 있습니다.
UNI EN 13501-1에서 CLASS A2와 B등급, FTP CODE 2010에 따른 IMO MED에서 Mod. B와 D,
UNI EN 45545의 R1, R2, R10 항목 에서 CLASS HL3
