알루미늄 허니콤

알루미늄 허니콤은 경량성, 강성, 내화성, 압축 및 전단에 대한 저항성, 내식성, 평탄도 등 기계적 특성이 우수한 경량의 환경 친화적인 (재활용 가능) 재료입니다.

 

알루미늄 허니콤은 석재 지지대, 덮개, 건축 산업, 대중교통 수단(조선, 철도, 자동차) 같이 다른 분야들 에서의 적용(예, Tooling machine, Serigraphy 등)들이 가능합니다.

 

핵심 소재 인 알루미늄 허니콤은 샌드위치 패널의 중심 층 입니다. 알루미늄 허니콤 코어가 있는 샌드위치 패널은 바닥, 천장, 문, 파티션, 외장, 자동화 기계의 외장 및 중량 대비 우수한 강성을 요구하는 모든 부문에 사용되어질 수 있습니다.


알루미늄 허니콤은 또한 층류 유동 환기 목적을 위해 공기 편향에 사용될 수 있고, 운동 에너지를 흡수하기 위한 충격 흡수체로도 사용 됩니다.

3mm에서 1,000mm까지의 두께 3mm에서 25mm까지의 셀 사이즈

포일 두께와 셀 사이즈에 따른 20~163 kg/m3  의 다양한 밀도
